Meanwhile those companies that are still operating using more traditional approaches stand to lose 70 to 90 percent as waste.
Having started in the late 80s, lean management system as thinking is still not as widely used today but upbeat business people are already up to it. While it may require some drastic changes to make the necessary changes , many tools and strategies are available for guidance.
